“Welcome to the Department of Statistics at COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus. We proudly serve a wide range of departments across the campus and offer a BS in Statistics, along with MS and PHD programs in Statistics.
In statistics, It plays a crucial role in decision making across various fields. At the Department of Statistics, we ensure our students receive both a solid foundation in the latest theoretical developments and practical training in the application of statistical techniques. Our faculty members are highly engaged in research and offer expertise across diverse areas, providing valuable guidance to our students. We also offer comprehensive training in leading statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, R, SAS, PYTHON, and many others, equipping our students with the skills needed in today’s data-driven world.
